How do I provide my artwork?
After the payment process you can upload your files against your order, alternatively you can email this to sales@riversideprinters.co.uk along with your order number.
How do you want to receive the artwork?
Ideally we would like a PDF file as single pages, with 3mm bleed saved in CMYK. Don't worry if this isn't possible as we can handle most file formats and paginations.
Can I collect my order?
Of course, this can be selected when checking out and once your printed greeting cards are ready you will receive an email stating that they are now ready for collection.
How do you deliver my greeting cards?
We generally ship overnight with the courier service DPD or with our own vehicle locally, email tracking will be sent you once your order is despatched. Next Day, Pre 12 noon and Saturday deliveries are available to select when checking out.
When will my order arrive?
Your order should arrive the next working day after being despatched, this can be between 8am and 6pm, DPD will email and or send a text message with your 1 hour delivery window.
What if I am not in when at the scheduled delivery time?
There are options, with DPD's service you can add a safe place for the parcel to be left at your property, you can deliver it to a neighbour or rearrange the delivery for an alternative day.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, although this isn't available to order online, please contact us at sales@riversideprinters.co.uk with your requirements.
What file types can I provide?
Ideally we would like to receive PDF files but can accept JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS and PSD files.
Will I receive an email proof?
No, we will print what you provide if the files are suitable for print. If the files are not suitable for printing you will be contacted by a member of our team. If you do need a proof please contact us before placing your order.
