What is the cut-off time for next day flyer printing?

Place your order and upload your print-ready artwork before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll print and dispatch your flyers the same day for next working day delivery.

Can I collect my flyers?

Yes. Orders placed before the 3pm cut-off can be collected from our Corby premises from 4:30pm on the same working day.

What sizes do you offer?

We print A7, A6, A5, A4 and DL flyers, with a range of quantities and paper options available.

What paper options are available?

Choose from Silk, Gloss or Uncoated paper in a variety of weights, all sourced from FSC® certified stocks.

How do I send my artwork?

After placing your order, you can upload your artwork through your account or email it to us with your order number. We recommend supplying a print-ready PDF in CMYK with 3mm bleed where applicable.

What happens if I miss the 3pm deadline?

Please contact us. If production capacity allows, we'll always do our best to accommodate urgent orders.

Can I have my order delivered before noon?

Yes. Optional pre-10:30am, pre-12 noon and Saturday delivery services are available during checkout for an additional charge.

How do I provide my artwork?

After the payment process you can upload your files against your order, alternatively you can email this to sales@riversideprinters.co.uk along with your order number. 

Can I collect my order?

Of course, your flyers will be ready to collect the same day from 4.30pm if ordered before 3pm.

How do you deliver my flyers?

We ship overnight with the courier service DPD, email tracking will be sent you once your order is despatched. Next Day, Pre 12 noon and Saturday deliveries are available to select when checking out. 

When will my order arrive?

Your order should arrive the next working day, this can be between 8am and 6pm, DPD will email and or send a text message with your 1 hour delivery window. 

What if I am not in when at the scheduled delivery time?

There are options, with DPD's service you can add a safe place for the parcel to be left at your property, you can deliver it to a neighbour or rearrange the delivery for an alternative day. 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, although this isn't available to order online, please contact us at sales@riversideprinters.co.uk with your requirements. 

What file types can I provide?

Ideally we would like to receive PDF files but can accept JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS and PSD files. 

Will I receive an email proof?

No, we will print what you provide if the files are suitable for print. If the files are not suitable for printing you will be contacted by a member of our team. If you do need a proof please contact us before placing your order.

For the best print results we recommend:
