I've been running a weekly Pilates workshop, which has put me in the unique position of needing a new flyer printed every week based on the previous class. Not only has the service been incredibly fast, but the customer service has been excellent too. On one occasion I accidentally placed a duplicate order, and when I called, my phone was answered almost immediately and the refund was processed straight away.
